Whether you’re into fitness, art, reading, or daytime trips to cultural sites, you’ll definitely appreciate the amenities at Homewood. Our community facilities and activities programming provide residents with dozens of opportunities for social, educational, health and artistic pursuits.
Amenities at The Lodge, our newest apartment community, include a full-size indoor saltwater pool, a state of the art fitness center, massage room, hair salon, yoga studio, library, classrooms for arts and crafts, three dining venues and spacious meeting rooms. The Lodge Events Center, which plays host to movie nights, seminars and residential socials, can also be reserved for private parties.
At Crumland Farms Community Center residents enjoy many of the same amenities found at The Lodge, including an indoor pool, fitness center, library, hair salon, convenience store, the Tuscarora Dining Room, as well as a full-service bank. Our activities and wellness directors make certain that all programs are made known to residents via a monthly calendar found on Homewood’s very own app as well as at kiosks located in both community centers where residents can register for events and travel opportunities.
In addition to engaging in Homewood’s many scheduled activities, residents also tend to discover shared interests that lead to new programming – not to mention, great friendships!

Round the Clock Support
All Homewood residents are issued a Philips Lifeline Personal Help Medallion when they move into their apartment or home. The medallion is designed to help residents access assistance when needed 24 hours a day. The device automatically calls for help if a fall is detected. The system is wireless and works anywhere within the buildings on our campus.
Our campus security staff is on duty 24 hours a day.
