Homewood at Frederick Opens New Outpatient Rehab Suite!

Homewood at Frederick is having an Open House on February 21st to introduce to the professional community our new Outpatient Rehab Suite. Homewood at Frederick is working with Functional Pathways to provide outpatient rehab care to our independent residents. 

Over the years, we have found the need to also offer outpatient rehab treatment for our independent living residents. These rehab services will help our residents achieve their goals for restoring health and regaining strength, function, mobility and self-care skills.

Please stop by for light refreshments and a brief tour of our rehab suite, Suite 126. The suite is located in our main building on the Homewood at Frederick campus, located at 7407 Willow Road, Frederick, MD. The event will be from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
