Lodge Expansion Ground Breaking Ceremony

At the end of July, Homewood at Frederick will be breaking ground for the new expansion at The Lodge. The new wing will include 31 additional apartments for the building of which 94% are already leased. A celebration of this milestone was held last week at Homewood at Frederick.

The Mayor of Frederick, Michael O’Connor commented on how important Homewood’s years of service has been to the Frederick community. M.C. Keegan-Ayers, Frederick County Council president presented Karen Main, Executive Director for Homewood with a proclamation in recognition for the day’s event.

Homewood at Frederick would like to thank Karlys Kline, Homewood at Frederick's Board Chair and Karl Morris, Homewood Trustee for attending and celebrating with our residents.

There are ONLY TWO apartments remaining in the expansion, both are Catoctin style floor plans.
