Reservations are now being taken for the Lodge's final phase expansion project

Homewood at Frederick is taking reservations for the final 31 apartments located in the Lodge. Currently, many of the apartments are already reserved. We are anticipating opening these apartments in late Fall of 2021. Anyone interested in reserving one of these two-bedroom apartments, please contact the Marketing Office at (301) 732-6153.

Please be aware that the Lodge and Crumland Farms pools will be closed Tuesday December 10th at 10am for our annual pool inspection. The pools will also be closed starting Friday January 17th for annual cleaning and will remain closed for approximately 2 weeks. The expected reopen date will be January 28th.

Homewood at Frederick is celebrating their 40 Years of Service! We are honored to have had the privilege to service some many wonderful residents for the past 40 years. And, to be a great place to work for so many team members. A Luau themed party was designed for all to enjoy! The celebrations began with our residents enjoying tasty treats and a variety of entertainment.
