Get to know your future neighbors and experience life at Homewood! Passport Members are those who are already on our waitlist for Homewood at Frederick. Members have an opportunity to experience what life is like on the campus before they move to Homewood. To become a Passport Member, simply contact the marketing office to request an application for the Passport Program, and you’ll be on your way to enjoying the lifestyle you deserve!
Current Passport Member Events for January - March 2019 :
Sittercize* - Mondays @ 10 a.m. at The Lodge fitness center.
Open Swim* - Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 10 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at The Lodge pool. Please note that Homewood residents have priority for pool use at all other times. Open swim is available for Passport Members only during this one hour window on these three days of the week only. Passport Members need to sign in. Passport Members have this opportunity 12 times per year.
Gym* - The gym is available to Passport Members, one visit per week.
*All exercise and swimming programs are held at The Lodge Health and Fitness Center. There is no cost, but you must RSVP at least 3 days in advance to attend any of these classes, and you will be asked to sign in at each class you attend: Brittany Clark: 301-732-6157.
Passport Members are also welcome to attend these additional programs, with RSVPs required to Brittany Clark at least three days prior to the event at 301-732-6157 or email@example.com
Homewood at Frederick Annual Health Fair- April 12th, 10:00am-1:00pm, to be held at The Lodge Event Center- Light refreshments and coffee will be served until 11am. Soup and Salad will be available for lunch in the 2nd floor Bistro for a small fee.
Vendors include but not limited to: Acupuncture, Daybreak Adult Day Care, Doterra Oils, Edenton Home Health Care, Frederick Transit, FMH Bone Density, Glade Valley Golf Course, Green Health Docs, Humane Society Animal Adoption, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Shoe Fly Shoes, Sonus Hearing Group, Travel Agent: Debbie Richman, Tuscarora TEnnis Barn, Weight Watchers, and more.
Speakers to include:
10am- Dr. Romaine, discussing Cataracts, Macular Degeneration, & Glaucoma
11am- Green Health Docs, discussing CBD Medical Marijuana
12pm- Julia Cubit, discussing Acupuncture
Giveaways will be drawn throughout the day, winners must be present to claim their prize!
Huge Indoor YARD SALE- To be held in the Crumland Farms building. Items include: small appliances, books, crafts, home and holiday decor, jewelry, linens, DVDs, toys and much more! lunch for sale on Friday. Cash or Check only, no credit cards.

Spring Open House
May 9th 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Self Guided Tours of the patio homes and the Lodge apartments. Registration will be at the Lodge.
May 16th 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. Self Guided Tours of the cottages and Crumland Farm apartments. Registration will be at Crumland Farm lobby.
On each day, beginning at 1:30 p.m, a presentation will be given about "Life at Homewood" to give guests a better understanding of all of the opportunities available to them on our campus.
Dr. Larry Romane, FCC ILR instructor/ Retired Emergency Room Physician/ Author- Will be presenting a three series seminar on the topic of Cancer: understanding the disease, America's top 4, and treatments. All seminars will be held at the Lodge.
