Members have an opportunity to experience what life is like on the campus before they move to Homewood. To become a Passport Member, simply contact the marketing office to request an application for the Passport Program, and you’ll be on your way to enjoying the lifestyle you deserve!
Current Passport Member Events for September November 2018:
Sittercize* - Mondays @ 10 a.m. at The Lodge fitness center.
Open Swim* - Monday, Wednesday, Friday @ 10 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at The Lodge pool. Please note that Homewood residents have priority for pool use at all other times. Open swim is available for Passport Members only during this one hour window on these three days of the week only.
*All exercise and swimming programs are held at The Lodge Health and Fitness Center. There is no cost, but you must RSVP at least 3 days in advance to attend any of these classes, and you will be asked to sign in at each class you attend: Brittany Clark: 301-732-6157.

Open House ~ September 26th at 1:00 p.m. until 3:30 p.m. Tours of Crumland Farm cottages and apartments, and Willow Pond patio homes and Lodge
Elder Expo ~ October 3rd at the Frederick Fair Grounds
Thank You for Your Service ~ Documentary Screening and Panel Discussion of the Community Mental Health Resources October 17th 6:00 p.m. at J.B. Kussmaul Theater, Frederick Community College
Vendor Fair ~ November 7th 1:00 p.m. at the Lodge We will have vendors present to speak to you about downsizing, moving and much more.
A Night at the Opera ~ November 14 & 15th
Linda will be performing her first concert for us at 2:30PM on Wednesday, November 14th at Crumland Farms in the MP Room. On Thursday morning Linda will lecture and demonstrate on the power of music to escort mood, cognition and behavior, as well as brain health oxygenation science and tissue re-hydration rescue strategies. She is an inventor of numerous brain-health based devices and produces recordings, CDs, films, demonstrations, tutorials and intervention techniques. She will focus on the benefits of including Music Therapy with caregivers and elderly, particularly those with Alzheimer’s and in neurocognitive decline The lecture will take place at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 15th at Crumland Farms in the MP Room. And finally, Linda will be performing an evening Black Tie optional Opera/Theatre Music Performance at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday November 15th at the Lodge in the Event Center. These programs are open to all residents, resident families, volunteers and staff and are being made possible by the Resident Life Enrichment Endowment Fund (RLEEF).
