Homewood at Frederick is still taking reservations for the apartments in The Lodge expansion. Letters have been sent out to Passport Members who have either expressed interest in the Lodge, or who have indicated they are ready to move in 1-2 years. We are taking deposits for the remaining 14 apartments left in our Lodge Expansion project. The attachments below show what units are still available, please note the 4th floor apartments are completely filled.

Homewood at Frederick has begun taking reservations for the apartments in The Lodge expansion. Letters are being sent out to Passport Members who have either expressed interest in the Lodge, or who have indicated they are ready to move in 1-2 years.
